Terms of Service

Welcome to OddinPay. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s) www.oddinpay.com, products, services andapplications (the “Services”). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding these terms or the Services, please contact us at: support@oddinpay.com. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Oddin Pay LLC. (“OddinPay,” “we” and “us”). Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. Data Processing Agreement.

Oddin Pay has developed certain Software, as defined below, which Customer desires to use for its business purposes. Customer will be provided access to and use of the Software as part of the web-based Oddin Pay Service. Please read these Terms carefully. They cover important information about Services provided to you and any charges, taxes, and fees we bill you.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age; if you are a child under 13 years of age, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any personal information. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 years of age may have provided us personal information, please contact us at support@oddinpay.com.

Prohibited Businesses

We do not onboard businesses that are in high-risk categories. Please check if your business is prohibited before onboarding by reviewing the Prohibited Businesses list.

Definitions and Interpretation

  • Affiliate Entity” means being any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other form of legal entity, which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under joint control, from time to time;

  • Accept Terms of Service” means OddinPay’s legal service agreement, which grants your consent.

  • Account” means each individual Customer account in the Oddin Pay Service system that is associated with Customer’s subscription.

  • Activation Date” means the later of the date this Agreement is executed by Customer and accepted by Oddin Pay.

  • Buyers” means Checkout Buyers, Invoiced Businesses and Invoiced Consumers;

  • Buyer Terms” means the Checkout Buyer Terms, Invoicing Consumer Terms and Invoicing Business Terms;

  • Billing Cycle” means each calendar month.

  • Card” means any form of credit card, debit card or pre-paid card issued by an Issuer under a Card Scheme;

  • Card Scheme” means Visa Inc, MasterCard Worldwide, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, American Express, Union Pay International, Diners Club International/Discover Network or comparable bodies which provide Cards and regulate Card acceptance and includes alternative payment methods and schemes such as PayPal;

  • Chargeback” means a transaction which is successfully charged back or reversed, in whole or part on the request of a Checkout Buyer or a payment method provider pursuant to the relevant Payment Scheme Rules and may or may not incur a charge;

  • Checkout Buyer” means an end customer who purchases the Product using the OddinPay Checkout;

  • OddinPay” means for sales to Buyers and for sales to the rest of the world;

  • OddinPay Checkout” means the online checkout that Checkout Buyers use to purchase the Product, and includes payment methods such as credit card, GooglePay, alternative payment methods and bank transfer;

  • Refund” means to give someone back an amount of money, especially because they have paid too much or are not happy with a product or service.

  • Third-Party Software” means any software or technology (including open source software) that is not part of the Oddin Pay Family Products.

Termination

OddinPay reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our operations or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.

User Responsibilities

By using the OddinPay Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Services.
  • Use any automated system (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Services in a way that could disrupt our operations.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any individual or entity.

Violation of any of the above restrictions can result in termination of your access to the Services.

Fees and Payment

OddinPay acts as the Merchant of Record, managing all your payment processing needs seamlessly. By utilizing our services, you grant us authorization to process payments on your behalf. Our service fees are transparently outlined, please refer to pricing We charge 5% + 50¢ per transaction. payments and payouts (processed between the 18th–26th once you reach the $100 USD threshold) are considered transactions.

International Transactions

For any transactions processed outside the United States, an additional fee of 2% will be applied on top of the standard base fee (5% + 50¢). This additional fee accounts for cross-border processing and international cards, and handling costs.

Refunds

OddinPay is responsible for issuing refunds within 14 days for digital products and within 90 days for physical products. If a buyer requests a refund within these timeframes, OddinPay will process the refund instantly Dashboard. Customers can also request a refund after these periods by contacting OddinPay at support@oddinpay.com, Dashboard or support. However, instant refund policy does not apply to physical products from the ODDIN official store, which are only eligible for a standard refund process.

Suppliers

As a reseller, Oddin Pay will provide the following Services:

  • acting as your non-exclusive reseller of the Product via Oddin Pay Checkout across all territories supported by Oddin Pay
  • Facilitating product fulfillment by you to Buyers through connecting you to Buyers to enable such Buyer to download / access the Product, as applicable; and
  • Order support and being responsible for all aspects of Sales Tax as between you, Oddin Pay and Buyers.

Consumer Rights

Every customer purchasing from OddinPay’s merchants will receive an account with a user-friendly dashboard. This dashboard makes it easy to track orders, cancel, renew, or request a refund within 14 days for digital products and 90 days for physical products if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.

Miscellaneous

The failure of either you or us to exercise, in any way, any right herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of these Terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effectand enforceable. You and OddinPay agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and OddinPay, and that these Terms supersede and cancel all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of OddinPay, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind OddinPay in any respect whatsoever.

Prohibited Content and Storage Use

OddinPay provides secure storage and distribution for your digital files and document assets. By using our platform, you agree that you will not upload, store, publish, or distribute any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Contains nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit material.
  • Promotes or depicts terrorism, violence, or extremist activities.
  • Contains hate speech or incites discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Infringes on any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to harm or disrupt systems.

OddinPay is intended only for the lawful storage and distribution of files, documents, and digital assets that you own or have the right to sell or share.

Any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of prohibited content, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities where required.

Warranty Disclaimer

OddinPay and its licensors, suppliers, partners, parent, subsidiaries or affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, consultants, contract employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns (OddinPay and all such parties together, the “OddinPay Parties”) make no representations or warranties concerning the Services, including without limitation regarding any Content contained in or accessed through the Services, and the OddinPay Parties will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Services or any claims, actions, suits procedures, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of use of, or in any way related to your participation in, the Services. The OddinPay Parties make no representations or warranties regarding suggestions or recommendations of services or products offered or purchased through or in connection with the Services, including any Contributor Services. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED BY ODDINPAY (AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS) ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Cashback

Note

This cashback policy applies only to merchants who manufacture and directly sell their products on OddinPay. Third-party sellers are not eligible to participate in this cashback program.

By clicking the “Sign Up” button, you agree to our Cashback Policy.

  • Every buyer is entitled to 5% cashback on purchases made from our merchants.

  • Merchants can save thousands of dollars when they migrate to OddinPay, which allows us to provide this 5% cashback benefit to our end customers.

  • Our cashback policy is applied automatically. When a customer makes a purchase, 5% of the transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Onboarding

Important

A 5% + 50¢ processing fee applies to every transaction. This fee is non-refundable under card network, blockchain network, and partner regulations, even if your account does not pass manual review.

We’ve automated our KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) onboarding process. This means:

  • Instant Access: Once you complete onboarding (usually less than 5 minutes), you’ll be able to access our platform right away.

  • Payments & Subscriptions: You can immediately start accepting payments and subscribe to our Oddin Plus plan.

Manual Review: If your transactions or activity exceed certain thresholds, we will conduct a manual review of your account.

If your account does not pass this review, we will refund any payments or subscription fees to the original payment method. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 1–5 business days.

Customer Support

Important

We will contact you only via our support email and the Oddinpay website below. We do not make phone calls, and we will not reach out through the options listed below unless you contact us first.

Online Safety Guide

Important

You should not respond to anyone pretending to be from Oddinpay Oddinpay has zero fees. We don’t charge upfront fees to use our platform. If anyone contacts you via phone or through channels not listed above, it is 100% a scam.

Important

If you are involved in, or become a victim of, any payment-related, order, or shipping scam on OddinPay, we will permanently ban any accounts connected to the fraudulent activity. OddinPay does not accept responsibility for, or provide any warranty against, fraudulent activity carried out by users on the platform. We will take immediate action against all accounts involved once such activity is identified or reported. We will also report the matter to the relevant legal authorities for further action, and may send a legal notice to your registered address if required.

AML Policy

Financial Crimes Risk Appetite Policy Statement

  • We issue customer notifications strictly in accordance with applicable AML/CFT laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance, including any requirements relating to confidentiality and restrictions on tipping-off.

  • We maintain a risk-based, multi-step KYC and KYB programme to verify customer identity, legal existence, and beneficial ownership. Verification is performed at onboarding and is subject to ongoing due diligence, periodic review, and event-driven refreshes where risk indicators change.

  • We operate an integrated fraud and financial-crime control framework combining rule-based monitoring and AI-enabled verification. The framework is supported by continuously updated internal and external data sources, calibrated risk rules, and typology-driven detection models to identify, prevent, investigate, and where required, escalate and report suspicious or high-risk activity, including both known and emerging fraud patterns.

  • Oddinpay apply jurisdictional controls, including restrictions on countries classified as high-risk or prohibited under OddinPay policy, such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions and we screen all customers and transactions against applicable terrorism, sanctions, and watchlists.

  • OddinPay’s fraud-detection engine identifies card testing and indirect financial abuse, blocks such activity within seconds, and collects all relevant IP data and logs for investigation and regulatory purposes.
